MEMBERSHIP PLUMMETS under the new administration, who plans to
set a new low in mediocrity. Skip Jenkins [Accountant], Director of the
Foundation , resigned. His General Ledger was out of balance.
Doug Bicknell [Civil Engineer], Director of Club Service, is plotting
a move to Houston.

chosen to be Chris Sharon and Sharon Lewis. |

Richard for not having a program and for extreme malfeasance in office
at his first meeting. |

BUD McBRAYER, fresh from the RI convention in Utah, reported
that over 17,001 Rotarians were there. He recognized George Elking for
his work as District Blood Drive Chairthing and slurred right into our
local Blood Drive Chairthing, Tom Rodgers, who reported on the success of
the 4th of July Parade Blood Drive. Police Chief Greg Rushin hustled
us to "vote" for the Police in the annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive

and then he slipped out early.

PRESIDENT RICHARD called for Oktoberfest reports and got a
"Whino" - - Warner Richeson, who's complaining that he has collected only 30
bottles for the Oktoberfest auction. Warner "found" a can opener with Bud
McBrayer's name on it and "sold' it to him in a fine moment. Sharon Lewis
reported that Plano Profile will run free ads in their magazine beginning in
August.

ACTING TREASURER CHRIS ROACH noted that 3rd
Quarter dues are now delinquent. |
BOARD OF DIRECTORS met after the regular meeting. Doug
Cargo was confirmed as Sgt-at-Arms. Contact person between Children's
Medical Center and Plano Sunrise Rotary is Chris Roach. Water Project is
complete. Book sales are next Saturday the 14th for books going to South Africa.
