PRESIDENT RICHARD II called on Past President Richard I for another joke, and there were many "fine moments". Sgt-at-Arms Doug Cargo tried to emulate ROTOPIG.

VISITING ROTARIAN Clarence Gilmore was selling pecans for the Plano West Scholarship fund.
WARNER RICHESON needed help at 9am in the morning at the Albertsons at the corner of Custer & McDermott to get 85 Turkeys and trimmings on behalf of the Children's Clinic.

PRESIDENT RICHARD II called for a standup Board meeting of the McCall Foundation after the regular meeting and was fined for malfeasance in office. Tom Rodgers reported that the CCCC Blood drive netted 143 pints and we are up to 386 so far. George Elking called for help in placing the Christmas Cops Toy Boxes out for collections. David Marks reminded us of the USMC "TOYS FOR TOTS" MOTORCYCLE RUN on Saturday, December 1st. <LINK>. Richard Butterly called for the Thanksgiving Volunteers to meet at Poor Richard's Thanksgiving morning at 10 am.

ABSENT WERE Steve Blair, Matt Brown, Rick Chron, David Daniels, Reeves Davis, Pat Hite, Rod Hogan, Bud McBrayer, Don Mellor, Bill Peterson, John Roach, Brenda Rogers, Shep Stahel and Richard Wells.

VISITING ROTARIAN, introduced by Secretary Chris Roach, was Clarence Gilmore [Pharmaceutical Imaging] from the Plano West Rotary Club. He was fined for not having his Rotary Pin showing.

SECRETARY CHRIS pointed out some Holiday Nuts recognizable by the songs they sing. Schizophrenia - Do You Hear What I Hear?" Narcissistic - "Hark The Herald Angels Sing About Me."  Manic - "Deck the Halls and Walls and House and Lawn and Streets and Cars and Busses and Trees . . . " Obsessive Compulsive - "Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells...... '

RUDELY  [OR POLITELY?]  LEAVING EARLY was John Payton at 7:44:44 am CST.

TODAY'S PROGRAM, introduced by Paul Huang, was Bob Bare from Hearing Haven <LINK>. Bob told us about "How To Get People to Listen to You". As is our custom, a book was donated in the speaker's name to the Nellie McCall Library at the David McCall Elementary School and duly signed by him. The book was "Over the River and Through the Wood" by Lydia Child. <LINK>
